Phoenix Financial Training was established in Dubai in 2006 by David Thomasson and Victoria Hartley. David has over 20 years experience in the UK, Africa, Gulf and India. David is a fellow of CIMA and worked in industry for many years before moving into training in the 1990s. David is the founder and Managing Director of Phoenix Financial Training and a Partner in Phoenix Skills and Recruitment.

Phoenix is licensed in the DIFC and deliver courses leading to Professional Finance Qualifications and specialize in ACCA and UAECA training. Over the years we have grown significantly and have many hundreds of students studying with Phoenix.
